Meet Stacey

Stacey Normand

Founder & CEO, Normand Real Estate

With over 20 years of experience in the real estate industry, Stacey is the Founder and CEO of Normand Real Estate, established in 2014. Stacey believes that success in real estate is built on collaboration and mentorship. She takes pride in fostering a culture where agents feel valued, encouraged, and inspired to grow their businesses. Whether through personalized coaching, strategic guidance, or simply being a sounding board, she is dedicated to helping her team excel.

Beyond her professional life, Stacey is a proud mom to two amazing kids, Jack and Lily, and the devoted owner of two playful doodles, Remington and Henry. She is married to Sean Normand, a Research Scientist, a combat veteran, and a former sniper in the 75th Ranger Regiment.

When not leading her team or strategizing for growth, Stacey loves spending time in the kitchen, perfecting new recipes, staying active through regular workouts, and cheering on her favorite college football teams.

Her dedication, both professionally and personally, stems from a deep commitment to family, community, and excellence in all she does.

You’ll only pay a low transaction fee and an annual $150 brokerage fee to maintain your active license with NRE. Our straightforward model is built to help you maximize your earnings and grow your business.

  • We are proudly licensed in both Alabama and Georgia, offering agents the flexibility to serve clients across state lines.

  • No, we do not maintain physical office locations. Real estate is a dynamic and flexible career, and most REALTORS® work from home or on the go. By not providing office space, we’re able to keep our transaction fees low, passing the savings directly to our agents.

  • We do not offer training programs. NRE is designed for seasoned professionals who already have real estate experience. Our model is built to support experienced agents looking for a brokerage that values independence and maximized commissions.

  • At Normand Real Estate, our agents are responsible for generating their own leads. However, when we receive leads, we gladly pass them along to our agents in exchange for a referral fee. This approach provides additional opportunities to grow your business.
