Do you charge for each side when you represent a buyer and a seller in the same transaction?No we do not! We only charge ONE flat rate fee of $350 per transaction.
Do you cover all of Georgia and Alabama?We are licensed in all of Georgia and Alabama. We are members of Columbus Board of Realtors MLS, East Alabama Board of Realtors, Georgia MLS and FMLS.
Do you have an office for your agents?We do not have an agent office. We have found that 31% of agents go to their broker’s office only once per week and 82% of agents have a home office where most of their business occurs. Eliminating a “brick and mortar” office allows us to bring you the lowest possible transaction fees.
Does Normand Real Estate provide their Agents with leads?From time to time we will pass leads to our agents. However, the majority of our agents market their business and obtain their own leads.
What experience does you have as a 100% brokerage?Stacey Normand has been a licensed real estate agent for 18 years with a 100% brokerage office. She has seen first hand how beneficial this is for agents and how much extra money agents make off of each transaction! She knew this was the only structure she would offer for her office.

You work hard to compete for listings and buyers. I know you spend your own money to effectively market properties and secure buyers. Most of your time is spent showing properties and negotiating on behalf of your client. A transaction moves to closing and the broker wants a significant commission split. In many cases a national franchise fee as well. At Normand Real Estate you keep more of your commission than any other brokerage in Georgia and Alabama. We do not have commission splits and you only pay $350 per transaction. There are no hidden desk fees or technology fees. We require a $150 yearly brokerage fee to keep your license active with our Brokerage. We look forward to supporting you and your real estate transactions.
